If archetypes can be considered the backbone of a culture’s mythic imagination, then in what way might a damning archetype impact our ability to relate to ourselves and to construct a positive psycho-spiritual identity? And in what way might a positively-charged archetype or image suggest the means by which we might heal ourselves and our culture? We must realize that there is power in our dreams and imaginings, and learn to use it constructively.
